How to Preserve.

Once you have decided what records are important to keep the next step is to organise them in a way that is useful for you now. There is no right or wrong way of doing this; it is a matter of working out a system that best suits your needs. This applies to both physical items as well as digital items.  It is often digital files that are overlooked and neglected.
